Commitment to serviceEvery INI Partner signs a Statement of Service Commitment (SSC), which defines clear obligations, responsibilities, procedures and timeframes for the efficient handling and servicing of INI programmes.
INI Partners are committed to issuing a good, local standard policy after 30 days once all relevant information has been received. INI Partners also have a claims handling authority in principle of up to EUR 50,000.
